I hired Lorine to do a consultation, as I am getting an early start on preparing our house for sale. She was very thorough going through each and every room, pointing out what was already great and what needed repairing, replacing, or removing! She also demonstrated how accessories and furniture could be moved and reused in different rooms, and how to best decorate various areas for the most impact on potential buyers.
Lorine was also able to find me a trade professional to help solve one of our issues that I had been struggling with. She has given us much to think about and do in the months ahead, but I feel better prepared now that I have a complete action list in my hands!
I will certainly consider having her come back as the time gets closer, to help with some of the changes!
